Loving University Masterclass Subscription

1. How do I sign up? 

If you've attended a masterclass, you will receive an email inviting you to subscribe. The email will come from love@hannahalinetaylor.com, and may arrive in your spam folder first. Subscription is available to those who have attended a masterclass and seem to be a good fit for the community.

2. What if I didn't receive the email? 

If you've been on a masterclass and haven't received an email invitation, simply email me at love@hannahalinetaylor.com to inquire. It's probably an oversight, as I'm doing a lot of this manually.

3. Can I access call recordings? 

Subscribers can access call recordings in the online course portal. When you subscribe, I manually add you to the course portal and you receive a welcome email. If you already have some of my online courses, you will access the recorded calls in the same place as the other courses. If you have subscribed and have not been added, please feel free to email me and prompt me to add you.

4. Will I be automatically billed? 

Yes, your card will be billed each month on the same date as you signed up, and you will receive a reminder one week prior to each billing date. In the reminder email and in your original product order you will find links to cancel at any time.

5. I subscribed, how do I sign up for calls? 

You received an email when you subscribed describing how to find your product order and sign up for calls from there. Your code is in your product order, as is a link to book any call you may access via your subscription.

6. Something looks out of date... 

Yeah. I'm not always great at keeping online systems fresh. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. It's probably not you, it's probably me.
